Getting the Most from Your Aloe Vera Drinks
How much aloe vera should I drink?
This depends on your reasons for drinking Aloe Vera. As with other nutritional supplements, some people take a small amount each morning
- 60ml (2 fl oz) – to maintain their general well being. Other people boost their intake for specific reasons – when they might drink 60ml (2 fl oz) of aloe 2 or 3 times per day.
Some people, such as the elderly and small children may need less; whereas others may need more. (Please note the “Serving Size 8 fl oz” printed on the side of the bottle is for nutritional comparison purposes only. It does not mean that 8 fl oz is a recommended amount to drink in one serving.)
You’re the best judge for the right quantity for you, depending on how you’re feeling. Remember this is a vegetable juice, not a medicine. Play around with it a little to find the perfect amount for you.

What are appropriate guidelines for kids?
12 years plus: Give the adult amount: (2 oz/60 ml)
6-11 years: Give half the adult amount: (1 oz/30 ml)
3-5 years: Give a quarter of the adult amount: (1/2 oz/15 ml)
1-2 years: Just give a teaspoon at a time
These are only guidelines, and you should bear in mind the size and weight of the child or young person.
Can I mix aloe vera with anything else?
Yes, if you really don’t like the taste of the pure aloe vera gel, then try mixing it with pure fruit juice or honey. Although you might find that you prefer the taste of the Aloe Berry Nectar, or the Bits n’ Peaches.
When is the best time to drink Aloe Vera?
We would recommend you take Aloe Vera on an empty stomach to get the maximum benefit, and then wait 10 minutes or so before having anything else to eat. First thing in the morning is good, and right before bed.
When should I feel some benefits?
We really don’t know! Everybody is different – different diets, lifestyles, sleep patterns, levels of exercise, etc. A few people may feel some benefit within the first week or so, although most need at least 2 – 4 weeks before they notice any particular changes.

We would encourage you to drink Aloe Vera for a trial period of at least 2 months. Are there any side-effects of using aloe vera?
Yes – mostly good ones!
There are occasionally some a mild detox symptoms the first time people start drinking Aloe Vera. Some people have noticed a slight headache, a rumbly tummy or a change in their bowel movements for 2 or 3 days, having a couple of spots come up. Nothing particularly dramatic, but we wanted you to be aware of them, in
case you happen to experience anything like this. If you’re not sure of the results that you are getting, then please call us as we have a lot of experience with people detoxing and using the products for various healing purposes. Is it safe to take Aloe Vera?
Yes it is. Aloe Vera is a natural vegetable juice, and has been used safely for thousands of years. It is not a drug or a medicine. If you have any particular concerns or questions, please Contact Us.
How should I store the aloe vera drink?
As with most natural foods, once you’ve opened the bottle, it should be stored in the fridge. Of course, during storage, the natural pulp will settle, so you shake the bottle before use. (Please note that the date stamped on the bottom of the container is the bottling date. The ‘use by’ date is on the lid.)
Delivery Times and Costs
How long does it take to receive my aloe products?
You should expect to receive your parcel within 7 days of your aloe vera order, and in most cases sooner than that. If your order is more than £75 or you order a pack of aloe vera, then it will be sent by courier which takes 48-72 hours.
Please note that we do use recycled packaging as much as possible when shipping products – we like saving trees!
Why do you ask for a safe place for the products to be left?
If an order is being delivered by courier, then we don’t know the exact time they will deliver. If you’re not home, they can leave the products for you if you’ve instructed a safe place to leave the parcel (i.e. with a neighbour, behind the side gate, in the garage, etc.)
How much does delivery cost?
The postage will be calculated based on the weight of your aloe vera products using the Royal Mail pricing chart. Courier charges are £6.99 for the Drinks Packs and Combination Packs and any orders over £75.
What if I live outside of the UK?
We can’t guarantee the same postage rates if products are being shipped outside the UK. If you are outside the UK then please call or email us before ordering and we can determine the most economical shipping method for you.

If I am not happy with the aloe products, what do I do?
All our products carry an unconditional 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. We have this assurance so you can try these products properly, without risk, for a reasonable period of time, to see whether or not they’re going to benefit you.
Just using a product for a week or two probably won’t give you the benefits you might be looking for. We recommend using them for the full 60 days to determine exactly what kind of health the benefits you’re getting. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your product(s) within those 60 days, please simply return the remaining portion of the product to us, and we will refund your purchase price without quibble.

How long will it take for me to see results with the Aloe Fleur de Jouvence skincare products?
Short answer: About 3 – 4 weeks.
Long answer: The skin is our largest organ and is made up of three layers: the subcutaneous, the epidermis and the dermis.
The dermis is the deep layer that contains fibroblast cells which give elasticity and suppleness to the skin. This layer needs nourishment internally as well as externally to thrive – which is why we recommend the aloe vera gel drink to give your skin the nutrients it needs from the inside.
The epidermis, or visible top layer of skin, is actually made up of a very thin layer of dead skin cells. And the body is constantly making new cells beneath this layer.
